These terms apply to your use of shomobaybazar.com and to orders placed with Shomobay Bazar (সমবায় বাজার), 315/1 Bhuigor, Kutubpur, Fatullah, Narayanganj, Bangladesh. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Orders

An order is confirmed once we accept it, usually by phone or SMS. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price was shown incorrectly, or we cannot deliver to the address given. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

2. Prices and availability

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes. Grocery prices change often; the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Product images are for illustration and packaging may differ.

3. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash and Nagad. For mobile payments, please use only the official numbers given by Shomobay Bazar at checkout or by our staff.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Narayanganj and Dhaka. Delivery times are estimates. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the address and phone number you provide.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.

6. Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. Please give accurate name, phone and address information.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, place fake orders, or attempt to interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Liability

We take care to describe products accurately and deliver them in good condition. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order, except where the law says otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new orders.
